BREAKING NEWS: Crews located the problem caused by a bird inside a transformer on a primary line that wreaked a bit of havoc. Power has been restored. Please call the office at (308) 235-3639 if you are experiencing any further issues. Thank you. We’re experiencing a power outage. The City will update when more information is available!
