Thanks to an expanded United States Department of Agriculture USDA program a statement sent out by potter-dix. Superintendent Adam Patrick Tuesday night confirmed the news the program means students will be worth of breakfast and lunch free of charge until December 31st, or the program runs out of funds according to Patrick. The program will also extend back to the start of the school year meaning student accounts will be credited for mules. They have had since the school year began any extra entrees or other items are not included in the program and students will still be charged for those. This USDA program normally only lasts during the summer months to help students in need have a reliable source while school is out. It was extended to the end of 2022 helping to hardships brought on by the mid nineteen pandemic. The city of Kimball landfill will be closed as Saturday September 26th 2024. The farmers Day celebration month with Farmers Day weekend is coming up at the end of this week.
