Transit system took the oath of office Thursday, July 1st in order for the council to conduct business at hand and to fill a vacancy that was already passed a statutory deadline or Thursday appointment by mayor Keith front. He had been approved by the council during a special meeting in mid-june Warner assumed her new duties immediately after the swearing-in ceremony.
