Past health care experience as a CNA is a plus, but we will train the right person. Other duties include: Processing incoming and outgoing telephone calls efficiently, accurately, politely, and quickly; taking messages or locating personnel if urgently needed; greeting and directing guests; monitoring and updating computer information on patients.
