...STRONG WINDS ACROSS WESTERN NEBRASKA PANHANDLE... Northwest winds 35 to 40 MPH with frequent gusts around 55 MPH are occurring across much of the western Nebraska Panhandle this afternoon. Occasional gusts up to 60 MPH are possible through 4 PM MDT. Motorists should use caution, especially if driving light, high profile vehicles including campers and tractor trailers.
