The National Weather Service in Cheyenne has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for Cheyenne County in the Panhandle of Nebraska and Southeastern Kimball County in the Panhandle of Nebraska Until 5:00 PM.

At 4:28 PM, a severe thunderstorm was located near Sunol, or 12 miles east of Sidney, moving northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD: 60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE: Radar indicated.

IMPACTS: Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include Sidney, Lodgepole, Colton, Sunol, Brownson, Lorenzo and Sidney Airport.

This includes Interstate 80 in Nebraska between mile markers 43 and
77.
