...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of western Kimball, southwestern Banner, southeastern Goshen and eastern Laramie Counties through 430 PM MDT... At 332 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Hillsdale, or 12 miles east of Cheyenne, moving northeast at 45 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
