Kids in Kimball will have two Halloween events to show off their costumes and get sacks full of candy. Always a popular event, On Oct. 29 from 3-5 p.m. at the East Parking Lot of the Kimball High School, Treat or Trunk will occur. The other event-the Downtown Halloween Parade is back.
