...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of southwestern Kimball and southeastern Laramie Counties through 430 PM MDT... At 344 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8 miles southwest of Pine Bluffs, or 27 miles west of Kimball, moving east-southeast at 20 mph. HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and penny size hail.
