...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of southwestern Kimball and southeastern Laramie Counties through 500 PM MDT... At 430 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Panorama Point, or 23 miles southwest of Kimball, moving south at 10 mph. HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and penny size hail.
