Kimball City Council Agenda Regular Meeting
The City Council meeting covered several key topics including conditional use permits for railcar storage and a poll sign, approval of a snow removal plan, and discussion of a landfill bond refunding proposal. The council reviewed a comprehensive library report highlighting increased patronage and makerspace usage, and approved moving forward with a federal grant application for urban and community forestry projects up to $300,000. Public works updates included progress on power plant and wastewater treatment plant upgrades, with both projects expected to be completed by summer 2026.
