Tonight: Snow likely, mainly after 5am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 15. Windy, with a northwest wind 25 to 30 mph, with gusts as high as 40 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
Tuesday: Snow, mainly before noon. Areas of blowing snow before 11am. High near 25. Wind chill values between zero and 10. Windy, with a north wind 25 to 30 mph decreasing to 20 to 25 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New snow accumulation of 1 to 2 inches possible.
Tuesday Night: Mostly cloudy during the early evening, then gradual clearing, with a low around 7. Wind chill values between zero and 5. North northwest wind 10 to 15 mph.
Wednesday: Increasing clouds, with a high near 39. Breezy, with a northwest wind 10 to 15 mph increasing to 15 to 20 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 30 mph.
Wednesday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 20.

SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH TUESDAY ACROSS THE PINE RIDGE FROM CONVERSE COUNTY WYOMING EAST THROUGH THE NORTHERN NEBRASKA PANHANDLE.
BLOWING SNOW IS ALSO EXPECTED ALONG I-80 MAINLY BETWEEN RAWLINS AND ARLINGTON THROUGH 5PM.
SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE SNOWY AND SIERRA MADRE MOUNTAIN RANGES AND THE NORTHERN LARAMIE RANGE AND CARBON COUNTY THROUGH TUESDAY.
SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW WILL ALSO DEVELOP ALONG A SMALL AREA IN EXTREME SOUTHEAST WYOMING AND THE SOUTHERN NEBRASKA PANHANDLE LATE TONIGHT INTO TUESDAY.
WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 5 AM TO 8 PM TUESDAY.
* WHAT: Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
* WHERE: Northern Laramie county, southern Platte and Goshen counties in Wyoming. The towns of Kimball, Harrison, and Sidney in the southern Nebraska panhandle. Snow amounts will be less in Cheyenne.
* WHEN: From 5 AM to 8 PM Tuesday.
* IMPACTS: Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could also significantly reduce visibility.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS:
Slow down and use caution while traveling. The latest road conditions for the state you are calling from can be obtained by calling 5 1 1.
