🌈 From the KIMBA Weather Center, this is your Weather outlook for the next week:

Much colder temperatures with increasing chances for precipitation are forecast this weekend. Light to moderate snow accumulations are expected Saturday night and Sunday, along with patchy blowing snow. Wind chills near and below zero expected Sunday and Monday mornings. Cold temperatures and periods of snow showers continue into next week. A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect from tomorrow night through Sunday Evening.

Tonight: Partly cloudy, with a low around 36. West wind 5 to 10 mph.

Saturday: A 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after noon. Partly sunny, with a high near 64. Northwest wind 5 to 15 mph.

Saturday Night: Rain before 11pm, then snow. The snow could be heavy at times. Patchy blowing snow after 1am. Low around 16. Wind chill values between zero and 10. Blustery, with a west wind 15 to 25 mph becoming north northeast in the evening. Winds could gust as high as 30 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New snow accumulation of 2 to 4 inches possible.

Sunday: Snow likely before noon. Areas of blowing snow before 4pm. Cloudy, with a high near 27. Wind chill values between zero and 10. Blustery, with a north wind 15 to 20 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New snow accumulation of less than one inch possible.

Sunday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 6. Blustery, with a north northwest wind 10 to 20 mph.

Monday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 32.

Monday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 10.

Tuesday: Partly sunny, with a high near 38. Breezy.

Tuesday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 15.

Next Wednesday: Partly sunny, with a high near 43.

Next Wednesday Night: A chance of rain and snow. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 19.

Next Thursday: A chance of rain and snow. Mostly sunny, with a high near 41.

URGENT WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE:

HEAVY SNOW ACCUMULATIONS LIKELY ACROSS THE NORTHERN PANHANDLE, CONVERSE AND NIOBRARA COUNTIES IN EAST CENTRAL WYOMING AS WELL AS THE NORTH LARAMIE RANGE SATURDAY EVENING THROUGH SUNDAY AFTERNOON.

WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT SATURDAY NIGHT TO 6 PM SUNDAY EVENING.

* WHAT: Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE: Interstate 80 corridor in the southern Nebraska Panhandle from Sidney to Cheyenne. South Laramie Range to include Vedauwoo and Buford.

* WHEN: From midnight Saturday night to 6 PM Sunday Evening.

* IMPACTS: Plan on slippery road conditions. Patchy blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility.
