Winter Storm Warning for moderate to heavy snow accumulation through this afternoon. Prepare for possible travel delays including slick to snow-covered roadways and periods of limited to low visibility. Warning in effect until 6 PM today. Snow showers will wind down Thursday night into Friday morning. Hazardous weather is not expected this weekend at this time.
Here's the Forecast:
Today: Snow. Patchy blowing snow before 1pm. High near 28. Blustery, with a north northeast wind 15 to 20 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. Total daytime snow accumulation of 2 to 4 inches possible.
Tonight: A slight chance of snow before midnight, then a chance of flurries after midnight. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 10. North wind 5 to 15 mph becoming west southwest after midnight. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
Friday: Sunny, with a high near 42. West southwest wind 10 to 15 mph.
Friday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 18. West southwest wind 10 to 15 mph.
Saturday: Sunny, with a high near 55. Northwest wind 10 to 15 mph.
Saturday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 22.
Sunday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 57.
Sunday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 26.
Monday: Sunny, with a high near 64.
Monday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 32.
Next Tuesday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 65.

Winter Storm Warning for Kimball and Kimball County Nebraska:
URGENT WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE:
The winter storm will continue to bring moderate to heavy accumulating snow at times, in southeast Wyoming and portions of the southern Nebraska Panhandle through this Afternoon.
WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM THIS EVENING.
* WHAT: Moderate to heavy snow expected. Additional snow accumulations of 3 to 6 inches. Northeast winds up to 35 mph will create areas of drifting snow and some blowing snow.
* WHERE: Southern Nebraska Panhandle to include Scottsbluff, Kimball, Sidney. Southeast Wyoming plains to include Cheyenne, Torrington and Wheatland. Lower elevations west of the Laramie Range to include Muddy Gap, Rawlins, and Elk Mountain.
* WHEN: Until 6 PM Thursday Evening.
* IMPACTS: Travel could be very difficult to impossible this evening through Friday morning. Plan on travel delays and snow covered roads. Strong winds creating drifting snow and poor visibility at times.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS:
If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency. The latest road conditions for the state you are calling from can be obtained by calling 5 1 1.
