P Tuesday Morning 2020 1h Weather Forecast



🌈 From the KIMBA Weather Center, this is your Weather outlook for the next week:

Very cold temperatures and associated wind chills are present in regions across the forecast area this morning. Temperatures will elevate to above freezing level by the afternoon, but it will be gradual. Snow shower activity will begin late tonight over the higher terrain of mountains above 8500 feet. A strong storm system will bring accumulating snowfall and unseasonably cold temperatures behind a cold front Wednesday. A Winter Storm Watch has been issued for the Snowy/Sierra Madre Mountains, and also the Summit area starting Wednesday and lasting through Friday morning. Additional winter weather headlines may be possible for areas in southeast Wyoming and the Nebraska Panhandle once the winter weather event is closer in time. Stay tuned for further updates on this winter storm for Wednesday and Thursday.

Here's the Forecast:

Today: Increasing clouds, with a high near 39. Breezy, with a west northwest wind 10 to 15 mph increasing to 15 to 20 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 30 mph.

Tonight: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 20. Blustery, with a northwest wind 10 to 20 mph becoming southwest after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 30 mph.

Wednesday: A chance of rain after noon, mixing with snow after 4pm. Partly sunny, with a high near 47. Southwest wind 10 to 15 mph becoming north northeast in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 40%.

Wednesday Night: Rain before 7pm, then rain and snow between 7pm and 9pm, then snow after 9pm. Low around 20. East northeast wind 10 to 15 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New snow accumulation of 2 to 4 inches possible.

Thursday: Snow likely. Cloudy, with a high near 30. Northeast wind around 15 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%.

Thursday Night: A 40 percent chance of snow. Cloudy, then gradually becoming partly cloudy, with a low around 16.

Friday: A 20 percent chance of snow before noon. Mostly sunny, with a high near 36.

Friday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 22.

Saturday: Sunny, with a high near 48. Breezy.

Saturday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 25.

Next Sunday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 56.

Next Sunday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 27.

And Next Monday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 64.
