Free Sports Physicals are available this July at both the Pine Bluffs Health Clinic and Kimball Health Services Clinic. Anyone may go to their appointment page at www.kimballhealth.org/appointment.html, download the Nebraska or Wyoming sports physical form and bring it with you, along with a parent or guardian or call (308) 235-1966 in Kimball or (307) 245-3666 in Pine Bluffs. Physicals are free during July only. Kindergarteners, 7th graders and anyone else needing vaccines must make a regular appointment.
