Gary James Waggoner, 71, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, died in Cheyenne, August 2, 2020. Gary was born October 30, 1948 in Bremerton, Washington to Okey Waggoner and Emma (Zaino) Waggoner. Gary was preceded in death by his parents, and is survived by his brother, Richard Waggoner. Gary graduated from Kimball County High School. He will be interred at Kimball County Cemetery.
