The opening date for Karen's Kitchen has been changing due to maintenance issues. It was originally set to open yesterday or today but the tentative opening date is set for Tuesday, January 14th. This is subject to change at anytime but Karen is coming along and getting closer to her opening date for the new Restaurant.
