Tonight: Mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly clear, with a low around 29. West wind 10 to 15 mph.
Thursday: A slight chance of rain and snow before 8am, then a slight chance of snow. Increasing clouds, with a high near 42. Breezy, with a north wind 10 to 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
Thursday Night: Increasing clouds, with a low around 20. North wind 5 to 10 mph becoming south southeast in the evening.
Friday: Snow, mainly after noon. Patchy fog. High near 35. Breezy, with a southeast wind 10 to 15 mph increasing to 15 to 20 mph in the morning. Winds could gust as high as 30 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%.
Friday Night: Snow, mainly before midnight. Patchy fog before 5am. Low around 20. Breezy. Chance of precipitation is 80%.
Saturday: Mostly cloudy, with a high near 42.

* WIND: West 15 to 20 mph with gusts to 30 mph.
* HUMIDITY: 12 to 18 percent in the afternoon.
* HAINES: 3 to 4.
* IMPACTS: Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
