Joyce D. Evans, age 70, of Sun City, Arizona, passed away on Saturday, December 12, 2020 in Sun City, Arizona. She was born on December 9, 1950 to the late Fred and Anna (Hamilton) Cox in Bridgeport, Texas. Joyce attended Kimball High School, graduating class of 1969. On April 24, 1971 she married Delbert Evans Sr. in Kimball, Nebraska. She resided in Fort Morgan, Colorado for more than 30 years....
