It is with heavy heart that we announce the passing of our fellow brother and prior chief Wayne Elliot. He proudly served the community as firefighter, fire chief, fire board, president of the fire board, village board, mayor of Dix, and Laramie County Fire District 10. Wayne will be truly missed by his family, friends, fellow firefighters and the community that he served and protected. Rest in Peace Brother
