...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of southwestern Cheyenne and southeastern Kimball Counties through 215 PM MDT... At 138 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8 miles southwest of Potter, or 16 miles southeast of Kimball, moving east at 15 mph. HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and penny size hail.
