Special Weather Statement issued July 27 at 11:21PM CDT by NWS
...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of northwestern Kimball, southern Banner and east central Laramie Counties through 1100 PM MDT... At 1021 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 12 miles west of Harrisburg to Albin. Movement was east at 20 mph.
