...WIND CHILL ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 9 AM MST THIS MORNING... Temperatures are beginning to rise this morning with full sunshine. Widespread critical wind chill temperatures are no longer expected the rest of the morning. Therefore...the windchill advisory will be allowed to expire on time at 9 AM.
