...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of northwestern Kimball, southwestern Banner and east central Laramie Counties through 215 PM MDT... At 148 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Albin, or 25 miles west of Kimball, moving northeast at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.
