...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of Scotts Bluff, northwestern Kimball, western Banner, southwestern Sioux, southeastern Goshen and northeastern Laramie Counties through 1045 PM MDT... At 944 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Torrington to 6 miles east of Gun Barrel.
