Special Weather Statement issued September 03 at 6:41PM CDT by NWS
...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of southwestern Cheyenne, Kimball, southwestern Banner and eastern Laramie Counties through 630 PM MDT... At 540 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 7 miles northwest of Carpenter to near Westplains. Movement was north at 30 mph.
