Current observations show gusty winds around 45 to 55 MPH for Kimball and Cheyenne County with a boundary moving east across the Nebraska Panhandle. Once these boundary passes, should begin to see winds decrease across the zone. Travel could be difficult, especially for light weight and high profile vehicles
