World War II veteran Jacob Baluska is presented with a recognition medal at the Kimball VFW Post.
The ceremony is part of an initiative launched earlier this year by Governor Pillen and the Nebraska Department of Veterans’ Affairs to honor Nebraska’s living World War II veterans.
