A traffic accident involving a stock trailer with three horses on board is disrupting traffic on South Chestnut Street. Please stay alert and slow between 5th Street and 7th Street and be cautious of emergency crews and, well, horses. No injuries to humans or animals were reported in the two vehicle accident.
