...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of northwestern Kimball, southwestern Banner, southeastern Goshen and northeastern Laramie Counties through 800 PM MDT... At 710 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm capable of producing a landspout near Albin, or 20 miles northwest of Kimball, moving north at 15 mph.
