...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of northwestern Kimball, southwestern Banner, southern Goshen and northeastern Laramie Counties through MIDNIGHT MDT... At 1046 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9 miles southwest of Hawk Springs, or 27 miles southwest of Torrington, moving northeast at 25 mph.
