...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of northwestern Kimball, southwestern Banner and east central Laramie Counties through 515 PM MDT... At 444 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Oliver Campground, or 13 miles northwest of Kimball, moving north at 30 mph.
